Handloom-Handwoven Sarees form a very rich tradition of Bengal. It's a very distinct part of Bengali culture. A Handloom saree is worn almost on most cultural occasions. Bengal weaves are very unique and have their own distinct style. The most famous weave is called Jamdani. It's worth having a Bengal Handloom Saree in the closet for every woman, as it never wears out in style and can be passed down to the next generation too.
